Exchange & Return
We have a ‘No Exchange & Refund’ policy.
If we are unable to deliver a product due to low stock levels, we will notify you and offer an alternative. Exchange can only be offered in case of damaged product or if an incorrect item was sent to you by mistake.
To initiate an exchange, you can reach out to our customer service team within 5 days of product delivery date. Please mention the order number found in your order confirmation email and allow up to 7 business days to process your request. Our customer service team will inform you in case of any additional charges before proceeding with the exchange.
Despite our best efforts, there may be times when the product colors may appear different on your phone or computer screens versus the actual product. Regretfully, our exchange policy does not cater to exchange requests based on color variation.
In case of approved exchange, please make sure that the item(s) are returned in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. We will not be accepting items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
